Job Description

  • IT Disaster Recovery Solution and understanding Recovery Objectives, Business continuity solution
  • Have sound understanding in defining Backup and Recovery solution, archival Solution and object Storage based solution
  • Exposure in working with RFP/RFI/RFQ for IT Infrastructure and Business Application led deals and is able to understand and define IT Infrastructure solution covering Infrastructure components. Should be able to understand defining Infrastructure deployment plan and efforts estimation for same
  • Should have experience working in a Turnkey Solutions or brown field kind of solution
  • Preference for candidates who have experience in creating Solution based offering, Seeding experience with End customers in defining their IT Infrastructure strategy.
  • Strong documentation skill in creating Technical Solution document covering Solution Scope, Assumptions and implementation plan.
  • Has strong understanding of creating x86 and Unix architecture solution based on Application Infrastructure requirement
  • Strong experience on Cloud Solution Public cloud IaaS preferably AWS and Azure certified engineer.
  • Had sound understanding on open source or VMware Cloud Orchestration technology
  • Work closely with OEM Partners to qualify right fit products both from technical and commercial perspective
  • Working closely with the customers, business Application teams, Vertical solution team and Sales team , to provide technical solutions
  • Ability to compartmentalize (or normalize) CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operation expenditure) of various projects/programs for presenting data to customer top management
  • Ability to present high level ROI (Return on Investment) and Total cost of ownership (TCO) figures to customer senior management during presentation and discussions
