Job Description

We are looking for a new Bids and Proposals Coordinator to join our growing Sales Support and Marketing Operations team. The role will focus on creating, developing and maintaining creative written content and cost calculations. This could be across proposals, quotes, presentations and RFI RFP responses. This position is perfect for an engaging, personable, enthusiastic and results-orientated individual, with an eye for detail and a flair for content writing. Previous experience of creating commercial content within outsourcing, software development, interactive entertainment, e learning, localization or technology would be ideal. Youll definitely need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Required Candidate profileWhat youll be doing

  • Working with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to leverage our existing knowledge to create sales focused content.
  • Working with the broader team to ensure content is compliant, consistent and of the best possible quality
  • Constant review and refining of contents for the best commercial impact
  • Supporting all stage of the bid process through information gathering for RFQs, RFIs, RFPs, Bids, Tenders, Quotes and Proposals
  • Working with key stakeholders to ensure we meet often tight deadlines
What were looking for
  • Minimum of 5 years experience of managing and contributing to complex RFPs and Proposals
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in English.
  • Advanced user of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing databases and complex reporting on Excel.
  • Excellent at collating information and reporting
  • Exposure to web, digital and print publishing tools would helpful
  • Great team worker
  • Flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of a global business
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi task
  • Quick learner and able to pick up technical skills while on the job.
