  • Providing design and architectural solutions for Managed services applications in service management org.
  • Working with the operations, service management users and system teams for the technical transformation initiatives, involve ideation and implementation on Managed Service applications, Service platform and software defined network platform.
  • Improving performance of Managed Services apps and work on technical opportunity to improve the user experience for field engineers and technicians. Also responsible for designing common framework for complex solutions that can be re-used by other apps.
  • Analytics driven decision making, should help drive measurement of business and OPs metrics.
  • Look outward in the market to identify and adapt tools /technologies that bring in efficiencies into the org.
  • Ability to mentor- coach teams on the newer technologies and processes.
  • Providing technical guidance on SDN and NFV complex design and ensuring on-time delivery /implementation of solutions.
  • As a Principle engineer you are expected to lead technology transformation initiatives in the service Mgmt. org.
  • Experience in Migration factory,Devops,,Cloud and Agile.
What we re looking for.You ll need to have:
  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Five or more years of experience in Service Management related applications, project/program Architecture & Design.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • AI/ML certification and hands on experience driving huge data volume migration from systems to systems through AI/ML driven solution.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Service Management and service Platform such as METL,SMARTS,Fault Management and Monitoring services with experience in latest technical standards and procedures.
  • Strong business and end-to-end solutions knowledge on OSS/BSS stacks with strong experience on Managed Services and Online applications.
Even better if you have:
  • A degree.
  • Twelve or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to manage relationships with excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Experience in architecting new applications ,UI forms from scratch which involves identifying & Implementing new design in latest technology, end to end free flow architecting , UI HTML, Infrastructure design proposal, Development and implementation .
  • Ability to drive through various hurdles and delivering flawless & simplified Architecture and design solution.
  • Experience working in AI/ML projects, Managed services projects, Devops, Security standardization, Agile teams and agile delivery.
