• While taking up this role, you shall be expected to take on the following responsibilities with the requisite desire and willingness, even if you have not done so before, should your work experience support this endeavor.
• You shall be required to architect solutions using different styles such as Monolith, Micro service, Cloud native, Server less, etc as needed for the project.
• You will be responsible for delivering projects end to end starting from requirement gathering to post production using established standards, best practices and processes.
• You will be required to constantly drive consistency and efficiency through automation using tools like Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Scripting, etc.
• You will be required to build deep technical expertise in atleast 2 areas and act as a thought leader for these.
• You will be required to constantly grasp new skills and hence exhibit a growth mindset in the application development space.
• You will be required to manage various stakeholders as well as mentor, subordinates, for ensuring quality project delivery in application development.

Expected Experience

• We believe this role does require an experience of 8 - 12 years ,however this is not a constraint for the right candidate. We are looking for the candidate to have had a work experience along the lines listed below:
• You would have worked on large-scale, custom-designed, enterprise-grade application development projects using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc. and architecture patterns such as MicroServices, CQRS, MVVM, EDA, etc.
• You have proven expertise writing well-designed, modular, scalable software components.
• You are a frequent user of well-known design patterns, appropriate data structures and approaches like BDD, TDD, etc.
• You have experience in building web services, REST APIs with good awareness about design principles around these
• You are aware of Agile best practices and Continuous Delivery principles.
• You have experience using AWS Infrastructure (Cloud Storage, Compute, Database, Containers, Resource monitoring, etc.).
• You have used tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, Ansible etc. while building automation for the projects that you have been involved with
• You have done end to end technical delivery of more than 2 projects.
• You have built, supported and mentored effective solution delivery teams.
• You have been involved in all stages of the SDLC; gathering requirements, identifying user stories, estimation, tasks management, testing, deployment, performance tuning, etc.
• You have consistently exhibited strong communication skills that encompass client, team and other related interactions
