We have a team of incredible people that allow us to consistently deliver our thought leadership, innovation and unrivalled expertise to the market.About your Role: As a Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing end-to-end project delivery for onshore and offshore customer and internal development projects that may span both our Services and Software business.
• Leading throughout all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle while working collaboratively with cross-functional team members architects, project leads, development teams, and quality engineering.
• Assessing and communicating risks based on project complexity, resources and timeline constraints.
• Leading integration architecture solutions leveraging a broad range of concepts and technologies including APIs, Microservices, Containers, SOA, REST, SOAP and emerging technologies.
• Establish and promote the use of CI/CD technologies and software release management on projects.
• Establish and evangelize new best practices, software development techniques, and frameworks through thought leadership activities including authoring whitepapers blogs and presenting within the organization, and beyond, to support our Thought Leadership brand promise.
• Undertake ongoing self-learning and development of new technologies, knowledge and capabilities in specialized domains.
• Support employee and partner growth and mentoring initiatives to contribute to our talent development and recruitment programs.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 9+ years of integration and/or software development experience or commensurate work experience.
• Real-world experience with a range of integration products and programming languages including open source technologies:
• Integration Products: Oracle Cloud Platform and/or Oracle Middleware (most preferred), Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, IBM BPM
• Programming Languages: Java Script (Node JS, Databinding Frameworks), Java, Python, XML Technologies
• Testing SOAP UI, Selenium, Integration Testing
• Proven project management and leadership skills, with ability to concurrently lead multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time according to project schedules.
• Proven project experience in defining effort estimations, project plans, work break down structure, identifying the right mix of project team resources, managing client expectations. This includes the use of tools, such as Jira, for project management.
• End-to-end technical delivery of 2+ projects, including gathering requirements, preparing use-cases, architecture documents, technical design specification documents and project automation processes.
• Experience in conducting post-project review and analysis and identified best practices to deliver future projects with greater efficiency and success.
• Proven experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Requires a strong programming mindset, deep analytical skills and a disciplined approach to troubleshooting.
• Requires solid communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to work constructively in a collaborative team environment with clients and staff.
• Requires proven people management and leadership skills, including mentoring and coaching within and across projects.
