Expectation from the Role: What is expected of you in this role : For taking up this role, you should have the desire and willingness to work on the following, even if you have not done so before, should your work experience support this endeavor. You will be required to manage end to end project delivery. You will architect solutions in Integration domain with established concepts in SOA, Micro services and new Cloud based Integration offerings. You will have strong programming mindset and be able to use different open souces or Oracle development tools to promote your project and deliveries as required. You love architecture principles and will promote best practices in integration domain. This roles require constant learning of new technologies and build capabilities in their specialized domains. This role requires you to be aware of CI/ CD technologies and software release management. Use them as required for the projects. You would be expected to promote the technology and best practices within or even in external forums relevant to Rubicon Red. We believe in strong out rech activities of our partners, blogging and technical collaborations. You might be required to contribute towards organization talent development, partner workshops & hiring professional evelopment of the team. Expected Experience We believe this role does require an experience of 9+ years so that the person could have gone through and assimilated the requisite skills and maturity through real- life exposure to challenging technical and delivery challenges. However, this is not a constraint for the right candidate. We are looking for the candidate to have had a work experience along the lines listed below: 1. In- depth exposure to any of the following technologies : a) Integration Products (Oracle Fusion Middlewaremost preferred, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, IBM BPM) b) Programming Languages : Java Script (Node JS, Databinding Frameworks), Java, Python, XML Technologies. c) Testing SOAP UI, Selenium, Integration Testing End to end technical delivery of more than 2 projects. Gathering requirements, preparing use cases, work break down structure, identifying the project team and managing the client expectations. Prepared technical design specification for projects. Delivered architecture documents, prepared estimations and project plans. Usage of tools like Jira for project management. Published best practices and reviews of the projects. Contributed to post project analysis and automation to deliver future projects with far more efficiency and success. People management and leadership skills apart from mentoring and coaching teams to success in their projects & deliveries. Strong communication skills that encompass client, team and other related interactions.,
