  • Define product vision
  • Lead a team of highly motivated and exceptionally strong ICs and Managers.
  • Collaborate with Partners and address customer needs
  • Work with SLT to deliver on aggressive goals for business growth
  • Grow and expand the shopping charter in the India center

  • Bachelors degree in CS
  • 10+ year experience in software design
  • 10+ years in people management
  • Experience in managing a large team
  • Experience in large scale distributes systems
  • Client side rendering technology like React
  • Server sider UX technology like MVC
  • Perf investigations and optimizations
  • Distributed systems
  • Experience in ecommerce is a plus
