Roles and responsibilities: Responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise security vision, strategy, and a corporate-wide information security management program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Ensuring the companys data privacy is protected and build necessary framework. Working with executive management to determine acceptable levels of risk for the institution. Managing Infosec risk management program, developing secured business and communication practices, identifying security objectives and metrics, choosing and purchasing security products from vendors, ensuring that the company is in regulatory compliance with the rules for relevant bodies, enforcing adherence to security practices, reviewing, implementing, updating and documenting institute wide information security policies and procedures, Take responsibility and constantly update the cyber security strategy to leverage new technology and threat information, managing security audits and vulnerability and threat assessments, Detecting and preventing intrusion, schedule periodic security audits, mentoring to security team members, managing the security incident response team, conducting electronic discovery and digital forensic investigations, conducting employee security awareness training and any other requirement arises with business needs. Required Candidate profile Strong Information Technology background along with excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. Implementation and audit experience with ISO27001/ PCIDSS/ FISMA Graduate with 10 to 12 years of Infosec experience with required Industry certifications such as the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and / or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), the CompTIA Security+ is added advantage / preferably Knowledge of industry security trends and developments, superior analytical and problem-solving skills, as well written and verbal communication skills ,
