Job Description

    Required Experience:
    • Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing.
    • A person should have strong experience in Java, Selenium, and cloud technologies like AWS (as the client has deployed code on AWS).
    • Experience in Generative AI, browser stack, and CI/CD pipeline.
    • Problem-solving skills, and Quick learner.
    • Experience in Web testing, API testing and Integration.
    • Experience in technical coaching to the team.
    • Should be ready to relocate to Hyderabad and with short notice period of 15 to 30 days
    • Decent communication skills.
    Key responsibilities:
    1. Test Strategy Development
    - Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that align with project goals.- Define testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure best practices.
    1. Automation Framework Design
    - Lead the development of test automation frameworks and tools.- Ensure frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and reusable.
    1. Mentorship and Leadership
    - Mentor and guide junior SDETs and QA engineers.- Foster a culture of quality within the development team.
    1. Collaboration
    - Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define acceptance criteria.- Collaborate in Agile teams to ensure testing is integrated into the development lifecycle.
    1. Test Planning and Execution
    - Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
    1. Continuous Improvement
    - Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools.- Advocate for quality and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
    1. Performance Testing
    - Plan and execute performance and load testing to ensure applications can handle expected traffic.
    1. Reporting and Metrics
    - Analyze test results and provide reports to stakeholders.- Track and communicate testing progress, issues, and risks.
    1. Tool Evaluation and Implementation
    - Evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies.- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing.
    1. Quality Advocacy
    - Promote a culture of quality across the organization.- Ensure that quality is considered at all stages of the development process.
