BE or B TEC in Elec or Electronics is desirable. At least 8 years experience in the production of signalling designs preferably in Australian signalling Design knowledge in Australian Rail infrastructure Preferable having knowledge on ARTC procedures/standards Knowledge of testing and installation Effective communication skills CAD literate in Micro-station and AUTO-CAD Holding or working towards to get IRSE Licence or ARTC or JH CRN competency certificate is desirable Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities; Performing complex railway signal design tasks to relevant standards, industry codes and practices, agreed client requirements, budget and program constraints; Interacting with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimum outcome. To produce signalling design broadly in the form of scheme/signalling plans, control tables, location designs, cable core plans, power schematics and interlocking wiring, REB designs, in SSI and RRI area.
