Job Details: Job Summary: Ability to receive requirements related to a business problem and transform that into a solution design. Has the technical skills to develop and test the solution using the skills described below. Adheres to architectural processes and tools as defined. Designs, develops and tests to create quality solutions on time and within budget. Lead incremental changes to ensure system governance is followed.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide IT development leadership for new or ongoing projects
• Manage technical presentations, discussions, workshops and gate reviews
• Enforce proper software and systems design documentation and methodology
• Lead or participate in process and technology improvement initiatives
• Develop engineering estimates using appropriate methods such as bottom-up and parametric techniques
• Monitor/coordinate software integration and software/hardware integration in integration and test/QA environments
• Assist with and develop plans for supplier software releases based on customer and stakeholder requirements
• Follow formal change management processes

Minimum Job Requirements: Education and Qualifications
• Four-year college degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline)
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of SAP ABAP development experience, including:
  • User exits and interface development
  • Process Orchestration
  • IDOC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, and RFC s
  • Hand on experience on Workflows
  • Solid SAP Platform knowledge
  • SAP centric software product life cycles
  • Relational database design and structured methodologies
  • Change management, transports, and source code control
  • Dialog programming
• Experience with SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, Java script, J Query including:
  • Hands on experience in Fiori OData Services and Web IDE development
  • Experience in custom Fiori application development
  • Develop extensions for SAP delivered Fiori components
  • Experience with SAP Fiori launch pad configuration using SAP Web IDE and Eclipse
  • Experience with SAP Screen Personas
  • NATIVE HANA development skills
  • SAP mobile app development (IOS SDK) will be a huge plus
  • Experience with Service Now, HPQC, and SAP Solution Manager is desirable
• Good knowledge of business software, e.g. Microsoft technologies, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills to communicate with non-technical clients, IT professionals, and management
• Ability to review a complex problem and present manager with summary of options to be considered
• Must be very detail orientated, be able to plan and work flexibly to a deadline, and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation skills and comfortable in presenting before peers and clients
• Open minded, desire to learn, quick learner
• Must be able to travel periodically to customer sites
