Job Description

  • India Medtronic Talent Acquisition team has a hybrid model which includes RPO partner to drive the TA operations on a day to basis. As a TA Specialist your responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned
  • Participate in the development and rollout of key programs in line with core global design concepts and regional/business specific needs
  • Execute Recruitment strategies in the related geography to meet the organization s growth plans.
  • Provide Leadership to the onsite RPO team and ensure timely and SLA driven talent acquisition delivery through the RPO team
  • Build and manage relationships with Hiring Managers ensuring robust Talent Acquisition service delivery.
  • Directly lead the process for Director & above hiring. Leverage candidate relationship management methods to keep qualified candidates in close contact with Medtronic.
  • Responsible for cascade of global Talent Acquisition Programs/processes into the country.
  • Coordinate pre-employment testing, background checking, Cross Border transfers and other aspects of the employment process in partnership with HRBP.
  • Utilize Analytics& metrics to report out the effectiveness of Talent acquisition process to stakeholders and ensure that proactive and timely feedback is provided to stakeholders during the process. Partner closely with RPO to review the SLAs and provide thought leadership to design appropriate solutions for effectiveness and efficiency.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements:
    • 10+ years experience in a HR generalist and/or senior recruitment specialist role.
    • Solid knowledge of the staffing and talent management best practices in India.
    • Graduate in Engineering stream
    • PG degree in HR will be preferred.
Nice to Have:Hands-on experience in and R&D setup in IT/software/ In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates Working knowledge of the technology space Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards Experience with HR tools like Taleo, Workday, Eightfold and processes Recruiting experience in a similar R&D technology set up Proven success in previous positions Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications ,
