ACB / MCCB - Sr Design Engr - ElectricalWe are looking for Electrical Engineers, with experience in ACB / MCCB Design who can handle the following Essential Functions/ Responsibilities: The person would work in Air circuit Breaker & MCCB Current path design. He would be required to calculate constriction forces, Contact Blow open thresholds, Mathematical modeling of Contact Depression, Contact Forces. Exposure to Arc Runner, Arc Chamber design with knowledge of Short circuit behavior of contact system and venting of arc products will be an added advantage. Must be able to develop Mathematical models of contact forces and blow open forces calculations. Qualification : B. Tech / B. E [Electrical] Experience : 3 to 15 years Desired: The person should have had exposure to ACB / MCCB Current Path Design, Current Path Design , Arc Chamber Design , Thermal / Heat Rise Calculations , Repulsion Forces Calculations Previous experience in Contact system design, Selection of material, Contact tips, Welding & Brazing process knowledge is desired Pro-Engineer , Matlab , Ansys Candidates must confirm their willingness to relocate to Hyderabad.,
