Process developer - Chargeback Analyst.Key Responsibilities Receiving the denial files daily from suppliers in which they deny the chargeback claim for particular customers, item on contracts. On the basis of the denial reason in the files, analyst research and finds out why the denial has come in for the specific contract. Resubmission e-mails are sent to the suppliers where-in the analyst found the chargeback has accurately submitted with the supporting document. Once the payback is approved for the wrongly rebated lines, it goes to supplier. If the customer or item s price was incorrectly processed, analyst builds a request to stop that denial for future.Skills and ProficienciesMinimum qualification Commerce Graduate Proven experience Beginner s level Excel Skills and MS office. Good Numerical/Analytical skills along with Logical reasoning Good Interpersonal skills (I speak 5)Preferred qualification: Handle and coordinate individual workload while participating in team environment Ability to work in changing environment while maintaining accuracy and service level standards,
