You will work closely with Business, BPM (Business Project Management) and IT stakeholders, ensuring requirements are properly captured, results/insights are validated and embedded in our process designs and automation opportunities.Were on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!What youll doDirect and manage process mining projects: Goal setting, business and technical requirements definition, system connection and data transformation, process analysis, opportunities identification and solution deploymentCollaborate closely with Business and IT stakeholders to understand their goals, objectives and requirements to translate into technical requirementsBe the core technical member of the team by developing the technical requirements, designing the data model and transformation, building required analytics dashboard and validating with stakeholdersIdentify process inefficiencies and understand root causes; develop data-driven process insights and actionsEnsure the capability and maturity building from understanding of the process to discovering the root causes, utilizing the conformance checkers, defining the actions to close the execution gaps and finally applying the predictive analysis and simulationYour qualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or comparable2+ years of work experience in the field of Process Mining via Celonis with a continuous improvement mindset; consultancy background is a big plusThorough understanding of core Business Processes (O2C, M2O, I2M, AP/AR, S2P and other enabling processes)Good Knowledge of machine learning and relevant programming languages (Python, R, SQL)3+ years of exp in data analytics field with overall 5 years of minimum experience.Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills and a quick learner; enjoys interacting with various stakeholdersUnderstanding of LEAN principles,
