Description We are seeking a talented and dynamic Procurement Manager in Hyderabad for one of our key clients. Our client is among the top 5 Design & Build (Corporate/Workplace interiors) firms in Asia.About the role: Manager Procurement - Fit - outs for Corporate Interiors Design and Built Projects.Key responsibilities: Responsible for negotiating and finalising the interior fit - outs packages for all ongoing projects. Responsible for reading from the drawing and BOQ and projecting a cost estimate with respect to interior fit - outs package. Responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables. Responsible for developing and maintaining vendor network in the region in order to offer continuous expertise in terms for current rates and trends. Responsible for empaneling new vendors, vendor registration, vendor performance evaluation, etc. You will be processing, RFQ, RFI, organising quotations, compiling data,techno - commercial comparatives & database work. Support finalising orders for materials & services including sending tenders, and scheduling pre - bid & negotiation meetings. Efficient & timely issuance of all orders in SAP and implementation of Rate Contract pricing in orders. You will be a central resource for monitoring and updating procurement risk assessment trackers and updates to management on regular basis. Key Requirements : B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in the building/ construction industry. Relevant experience in procurement for interior fit - outs in corporate/ workplace projects. Posses the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit - out. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ,
