Job Description

Product Coach/ Instructional Designer Department: Knowledge Management SUMMARY The Product Coach/Instructional Designer - Learning & Development is a vital member of the Learning and Development team within the Centers of Excellence at Altruista Health. He/ She will: Report to the Senior Manager Learning & Development (L&D) who is based in the US Be a key contributor and creator of the Altruista Health University (AHU), it s courses and certifications. AHU is the desired future state offering to service all L&D needs of our employees and clients. Deliver Product Orientation coaching programs to AH employees. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In collaboration with other business areas, design, develop and create internal and external coaching programs in areas such as GuidingCare product level online courses to be available for virtual and global teams. Work with L&D and BA leadership in identifying sustainable approach for online courses. Work with L&D and HR in identifying product level certifications for internal and external clients. Partner with Scrum Teams and Business Analysts to understand functional changes in the application and update training material for the latest software version. Keep up with developments in the L&D space and as it pertains to US Healthcare and digital health industries by reading current journals/books/articles, attending webinars and via industry events. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelors degree required in Organization Development, Business, Communication, Business IT or related field. 2- 3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ability to self manage the design and creation of on- line courses. At least 2- 3 years of experience in content development, and virtual course best practices. At least 2- 3 years of experience in corporate training, especially in learning and leadership development Expert- level proficiency in the structure and content of the English language to include the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Expert- level familiarity with English as it is spoken and written in North America. At least 1 years of experience working in the healthcare management industry or within a software company providing solutions to healthcare clients Excellent verbal and non- verbal communication skills when interacting with internal/external customers. Excellent interpersonal skills, using tact, courtesy and diplomacy with clients, colleagues and supervisors, with a focus on rapport- building, listening and engaging. Demonstrated ability to problem solve using negotiation and listening skills. Demonstrated ability to use assertiveness when needed in decision- making.
