In this position, you ll develop and maintain trusted relationships with our Internal and External Customers to drive adoption of our platform. Responsibilities: Work closely with Product, UX, and Development teams to understand architecture and components- Validate feature/ enhancements from Development Builds- Manage product deliverables for different teams- Roll out new features and enhancements to Implementation teams- Write acceptance criteria for end to end product level scenarios- Have extreme Customer focus and Product/ platform mindset- Participate in troubleshooting with different teams and drive towards RCASchedule and Release - Manage cross product co-ordination and dependencies. Work with the product manager, design, development and test team to make sure features get released on time. Product Experience - Make sure that the final features that get built has a consistent experience across products and is easy to use Product Handover and Training - Be responsible for the handover of the product to integration teams and set up training for them.
