Job Description Strong statistical concepts (T- test, Z- test, Chi- square test, Parametric/ Non- parametric tests, ANOVA, etc.) Analyse large amount of data and provide appropriate sampling guidance Define hypothesis based on available data sets and validate them statistically Expertise in applying advanced statistical techniques to develop regression, time series, segmentation models. Exposure to design of experiments, Know- how of Database management systems Advanced Excel to perform statistical operations. Job Requirements Masters in Statistics. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience. Ability to summarise and effectively present analytical insights, and recommendations using business language. Implement strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and data quality Excellent oral and written communication skills Provide guidance and assistance for initiatives from Growth, Data engineering, Analytics, and Support teams. Good to have: Knowledge of Marketing, Sales domain is a plus Appropriate mathematical knowledge Understanding of business environment and industry trends Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to work in a team and Customer focused environment Understanding of IT Products and their value added to the customer Education Masters in Statistics.
