We have recently set up off shore office in Hyderabad, IN andexpanding it head count to tap Asia Pac clientele.About the Role This professional isexpected to evolve into a SPOC for the Smart Structures team for any new sensordevelopment activity. JOB Description: Role and Responsibilities Should independently lead a teamcomprising of embedded software developers and frontend software developers. Should plan and execute hardware andfirmware development for custom embedded system developed in-house. Should be able to identify potentialproduct offerings and conduct due diligence on feasibility (Technical as wellas commercial) for integrating the respecting sensor electronics. Should conduct extensive literaturesurvey and understanding of standards relevant to our industry to ensurecompliance. Should co-ordinate with differentmanufacturers and vendors to create a manufacturing supply chain ecosystem forour proprietary embedded system. Should document the development as wellas testing effort, and maintain the revision history accordingly. Manage the procurement and productionactivity for the embedded system if needed. Lead the live board testing and debugfunction. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelors in Electronics, EngineeringPhysics, Instrumentation Engineering., preferably from IITs,NIT or other TIER-1engineering institutions. Masters in Electronics orInstrumentation Engineering preferably from IIT, NIT or other TIER-1 engineeringinstitutions. Desired Skills Demonstrated ability of havingprototyped and worked on a sensor and data acquisition system. Ability to understand a material,dimensional, mechanical, electrical property in physical domain andsubsequently visualize a feasible way of measuring such a property. Working experience in prototyping usingRaspberry Pi, Arm cortex M0, Atmega/PIC micro controllers . Should have a working knowledge of A/Dconverters and signal conditioning instrumentation. Should have relevant skills to read andunderstand datasheets of multitude of IC s which could be used in the embeddedsolutions for data acquisition and transmission. Experience of having worked with PCBmanufacturers and Board assembly service providers. Have idea of PCB design relatedtechnical specifications and experience of doing schematic capture for PCB s. Additional Skills Should have working experience in C,C , developing libraries, drivers and applications on embeddedmicro-controllers. (SOC s and SOM s) Have experience in working in LabVIEWand related instrumentation software. Should be upto date with the latest silicon solutions released for the IOT industry. ,
