Job Description

We are a team of people with necessary experience and skills to build a successful company backed by marquee PE Firm and have an accomplished Board of Directors with vast experience in Banking & Financial Sector Responsibilities - The opportunity to own products/features from conceptualisation, through launch, to growth and scale- To own impact metrics for market success, and drive them through digital products/features.- Working with engineering, design & marketing teams to derive success for your product/feature- Own the roadmap of new features to design and develop, cross-functionally coordinate launches to market, and drive subsequent improvements, basic data analysis and user research- Be the bridge between design, development, data science, other product managers, marketing, and commercial and operations teams, and ensure alignment on priorities, initiatives, and outcomes related to your product area- Actively drive progress across teams towards key KPIs and OKRs for your product area Requirements - MBA or Graduate with relevant experience- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager- Demonstrated the clarity and precision of research, analysis, decision making, and cross-functional communication and execution, in product management or another related role in a digital-first business- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle- Ability to develop product and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management- Experience in launching a digital product/platform would be preferredLocation: Hyderabad,
