Product Specialist at Darwinbox - What do we look for Product Specialist is essentially the face of Darwinbox for our clients. We look for excellent abilities in areas of client management, functional understanding and problem - solving. 4+ years of experience in roles across the following Understand clients functional requirements and configure product for their needs Recommend best people practices aligned to client business needs Independently handle complete implementation process in coordination with the client teams to ensure successful go - live (at customer site if required) Ability to handle customer queries on products and services Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution Product experience and ability to recommend enhancements to the existing product Previous experience in working for HRMS/ HRIS/ HCM or other ERPs would be added advantage As a fitment with the organization culture is very important, you will immensely like the job if you Enjoy working in a fast paced company environment Like to see business impact of whatever you do for the customer Prefer non - hierarchical, independent and non - pushy environment Are self - motivated to take up high degree of ownership,
