Evangelize the vision to your customers, your team, and your stakeholders- Collaborate with product development, customers, global inbound and outbound product management teams, to identify, specify, prioritize, features and capabilities driving buy-in from key stakeholders- Define functional requirements, review and approve design for ongoing product enhancements- Lead needs assessment through interviews with customers, related Oracle product teams, sales, consulting and support groups- Customer communication on product offering, release deliverables, roadmap- Write white papers and customer-facing artifacts that present and clarify product concepts and features- Engage with key customers on a regular basis to create references, provide regular pulse on customer health to stakeholders- Speak externally at events, such as Modern Business Experience, customer connect live sessions, development briefings, field and customer advisory councils- Collaborate with product marketing to highlight customer stories. Supports sales or solutions teams through activities by presenting roadmap, providing domain expertise, and advocating best practices- Assist ecosystem (partners and services) and customers with implementations or go-live issues as it relates to your domain. Be passionate about customer success by preparing field teams for go-to market (marketing, sales, training, support and partners) Skills and Experience:- Efficient organizational and planning skills, written/verbal presentation, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences, in large and small groups- High level of energy, ability to manage and gain respect among stakeholders- An excellent communicator and collaborator. Build networks, forming trusting relationships between teams across geographies- Experience presenting to executive leadership, working with customers, and handling sensitive customer situations.- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills- Ability to lead and work autonomously- 5 years product management experience, or in implementing enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, EBS, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)- BS / BA, MS / MA / MBA degree or equivalent work experience . Certified Management / Cost Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred
