Job Description

Role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Proficient knowledge in Hardware Architecture technologies - Cloud, Containers and Virtualization.
  • Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvements
  • Strong understanding of CICD/Orchestration Tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket.
  • Design, Architect and development of monitoring solutions products like Splunk, Dynatrace, Wily, or DT managed
  • Leveraging the firm s Hybrid Cloud Reference Architecture, build a monitoring architecture that ensures we have the right tools in the right places for our application infrastructure
  • Advanced written and oral communication capabilities; ability to influence and successfully interface with other team members
  • Expertise in career development & resource management
  • Knowledgeable in application, data & infrastructure architecture discipline
  • Keen understanding of demand & capacity planning as well as time management and forecasting.
  • 5+ years of managing team of 15 or more resources
  • Complete understanding of Agile & Devops
  • As experienced resource manager your mission is to help develop a team of innovators and technologists toward creating next-level solution that improve the way our business is run.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of delivering applications all the way through all phases of an application development life cycle.
  • Prior experience of successful delivery of projects using an agile development lifecycle approach.
