Key skills required for the job are: n Product Testing-L2, (Mandatory) .As a Test Engineer, you should be able author Test Plan, design complex test cases, review the test cases and automate the test cycle process. You should be able to achieve test execution productivity, ensure defect management as per process and timely release of test dashboard. You should ensure quality interaction with clients and timely response to stakeholders. You should be able to prepare traceability matrix. Minimum work experience: 1 - 3 YEARS n At least three years of work experience n Experience leading teams and/or experience working with multiple stakeholders and leadership n Bachelor s preferred rather than optional n Excellent written and verbal communication skills n Ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment n Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills n Ability to understand and parse internal tooling and logging n Ability to bring along/teach others who don t have a more technical background n Good Testing/Triaging Experience n nIn addition to the above TS requirements, the senior triage specialist will have the following responsibilities and skill sets. n Be the Key Support Contact for established Customers n Triage Incoming Support Tickets and document customer solution to meet customer needs n Create and Modify Indesign Templates to be used within Projects n work with Professional Services engineer to brief and QA Review customization n Serve as a debugging expert across platforms and products and teach other Specialists about new logs, tools, etc. in order to improve efficiency and workflows n Communicate effectively with PDS in order to improve on the ground engagement quality with XFN partners n Audit potential Continuous Push blocking issues and determine severity, escalating to PDS and Release Engineering n Identify, build out and conduct on-site technical training and shadowing opportunities across the team in orde As a Test Engineer, you should be able author Test Plan, design complex test cases, review the test cases and automate the test cycle process.
