Job Description

OVERVIEW:

As a member of our Content production team in Hyderabad, you will closely track and report project status.

Monitoring control, track and report key performance indicators closely, developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop and or MS Excel using Power Query and Power Pivot.

Ensure project status reports are clear and concise; so that project sponsors can understand true project status. Must be an expert at MS Excel and Microsoft Power BI

Work with global stakeholders and teams collaboratively.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Monitor, track and report team and vendor status/performance for content to be released.
  • Must be comfortable working in a production environment.
  • Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
  • Connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
  • Must be proficient in writing DAX queries in Power BI desktop and should be expert at MS Excel Power Query/ Power Pivot.
  • Adept in developing, publishing, and scheduling Power BI/ MS Excel reports as per the business requirements.
  • Must be able to understand the business requirements and develop data models as required.
  • Organize tasks in the right order, to hit the right outcome at the right time.
  • Stay focused and be able to manage own time and others effectively for successful project outcomes
  • Identify recurring issues in the content produced by the project teams and report those weekly.
  • Create, track, update project release schedules/trackers as required.
  • Identify risks well before they become issues and come up with effective mitigation plans so that the risk of them ever becoming issues is nullified.
  • Develop and update technical documentation.
  • Manage vendor work allocation, schedule, and performance as required.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
  • May be required to work on onceoff projects/initiatives or ongoing project work as required or other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned from time to time

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years of experience of work experience of which 2-3 years should be hands on using Microsoft Power BI/ MS Excel Power Query and Power Pivot.
  • Should be familiar and experienced in SQL.
  • Ability/ experience of working with global stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving, and analytical skills.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor s degree is essential
  • Microsoft Power BI certification or MS Excel certification would be an advantage.
