THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Our ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done. They need to be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, digital and web production, the social landscape, typography, quality assurance and control, layout, color and photo editing. Production artists must communicate effectively with the designers and other staff to ensure deliverables meet all company guidelines. Ideal candidate would be a person who is experienced at production art within an agency (external or in-house) and/or print/digital team. Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and meet multiple deadlines. Aligns with the culture and values of Inspire and ensures that design work reflects them Collaborates with other members of the Studio to ensure that broader team goals are met RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate closely with directors, designers and copy writers Apply design concept into various display formats Confirm all files match final output Ensure designs follow guidelines outlined by brand style guide Meet production deadlines Lead, develop, and maintain processes related to production including templates EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 4 year / Bachelors Degree Bachelors degree or equivalent Graphic Design/Art/Advertising degree combined with a promising portfolio of work, appropriate for the level of experience and opportunity one has had to date in this field. EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION 3-5 years Minimum 3 years of motion graphics creation at a studio, digital marketing or communications agency (or equivalent in a corporate, in-house setting). Experience working with restaurant, food and beverage brands a plus. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS OR ABILITIES Expert level knowledge of color theory, layout, trends and best practices from inside and outside the industry Experience working on multiple brands concurrently and how to be on brand but also open to sharing and applying best practices from one to another Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills through proofing, creativity, and collaboration with teams of diverse backgrounds, skillset, and expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working on projects where the owner/requestor of the work is not a creative Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence and ability to advocate for doing the right thing for yourself, the team, the company, the brands, and the work Experience in fast-pace environments where large volumes of deliverable output is the norm Experience communicating with external vendors and internal shared service partners foundit
