Job Description

    • Ensuring Production of parts as per the production plan.
    • Process Monitoring & Troubleshooting on Injection Molding Machines for maximization of quality and productivity.
    • Ensuring 6S on the shop floor.
    • Planning and scheduling of shift activities
    • Managing Shift production as per targets.
    • Ensuring good inter departmental coordination with Debinding & Sintering, Production Planning, Quality and other functions.
    • Conducting Daily Production Meetings & Resolving Shop floor related issues.
    • Supervising and monitoring of operators
    • Quality initiatives to eliminate internal and external customer complaints.
    • IMS Documentation related to Injection Molding Hourly Production Reports, Machine Log sheets, etc.,
    Job Specification:
    • 2+ years of experience with BE in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering (with fair knowledge of Plastic Injection Moulding)
    • Min 2 years of experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
    • 2 years (or plus) of experience in Product Development of Mechanical Components (Metal or Plastic) at the Injection Molding stage with a proven record of accomplishment.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively at the technical level
    • Focused and output driven, with strong Time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
