Job Description

    Responsibilities:1. Project Planning and Execution:- Plan, develop, and execute project timelines, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals and objectives.- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring clear understanding among stakeholders.- Coordinate resources, assign tasks, and establish responsibilities to ensure efficient project implementation.- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.- Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.2. Cross-functional Collaboration:- Foster collaboration and promote effective communication between internal teams (and external vendors/partners if required).- Work closely with the Product, Technology, Growth, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery.- Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff, status updates, and post-mortem sessions, ensuring effective information exchange.3. Project Documentation and Reporting:- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation of key decisions.- Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, key issues, and recommendations for course correction.- Conduct project reviews to evaluate project effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement necessary changes.4. Stakeholder Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with all the stakeholders across the functions to ensure smooth project execution.- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and dependencies.- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Qualifications:- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a fintech startup, with a solid understanding of lending processes and regulatory requirements.- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results.- Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.- Proficient in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
