Job Description

Qualifications Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience managing software development projects (full-system implementation lifecycle).
  • 3 years of vendor performance management experience. Experience working with stakeholders across timezones.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting third-party tools used in the facilities space
  • Domain knowledge in the facilities space. Experience with managing implementations/engagements for IWMS (e.g. Tririga, Manhattan, Archibus, FM Systems).
  • Understand architectural level technical concepts and effectively manage and communicate dependencies
  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through

Responsibilities
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of REWS business processes and technical solution delivery process including data, systems and applications.
  • Oversee the health of applications supporting critical REWS business processes in the lease management domain.
  • Manage 3rd party service providers to drive timely execution of initiatives including governance, performance management and milestones to ensure on-budget delivery.
  • Manage design and delivery of technology solutions in support of new business processes and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build project plans, manage risks and resolve issues across a dynamic, fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
