The successful candidate will be a technical Program Manager with a track record of successfully delivering complex, cross discipline projectsYou would join the team as a Program Manager to help us creating winning solutions for Worldwide Tax functions. You ll have immediate impact by:

• Provide thought leadership on new features and capabilities in response to changes in the global Indirect tax landscape
• Create a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry transaction processing, reporting and compliance systems.
• You will define the vision for success meeting or far exceeding industry solutions.
• You will define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes, and you will work with engineering to create sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards those outcomes.
• You will work with User Research and User Design to develop sophisticated consumer grade, ML and AI driven user experiences that support and empower our customers and partners to make decisions and create value and insights.
• Being hands-on, bring innovative approaches that continuously improve our ability to deliver faster, better and cheaper solutions while reducing the time and cost to build solutions and on-board with highest quality
• Developing and sustaining strong working relationships with business, application program managers, software engineers, services engineers, vendors and Engineering peers.
• You must be a learner, curious and willing to deeply understand business needs and able to translate those needs into business priorities for engineering partners.

, Required Qualifications:

• A good domain understanding of indirect tax compliance landscape for multiple regions, working with different tax treaties and understanding the evolving tax compliance needs and translating them into engineering scenarios/features.
• Solid experience in implementing technology based capabilities to meet the various Indirect Tax compliance and reporting needs, for large scale enterprises, in an agile fashion.
• Working knowledge and experience in Tax Reporting system, SAP, Vertex or other tax engine will be a plus
• 4+ years Engineering Program Management or Software Engineering
• 3+ years with product/program management or product design experience working with partners in non-engineering organizations
• A minimum of bachelor s or MBA degree in equivalent field (finance, accounting), or computer science degree, or equivalent experience in systems that support any Tax functions
• Love pushing for clarity in communication and can explain large, complex systems, in simple-straightforward language. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation.
