Job Description

Context of the roleDuring a merger or demerger transaction, there is significant effort involved in the integration or separation of the IT of the 2 merged or demerged entities. The scope may include IT infrastructure, Applications etc. There is a need to have very strong project management around the whole IT integration or separation effort. This role is expected to project management in this contextSkills & Requirements :- Strong project management skills and experience- Preferable to have project management exposure across different types of IT projects like Infrastructure, ADM etc.- Communication and stakeholder management skills to manage the senior stakeholders including CXO level people- Good understanding of project management methodology including experience in managing Project plans, Budgets, Risk management, Escalation management etc.Open to join in 1-2 week,
