Work closely with infrastructure architects and solution architects from other Group entities to deviseTechnical Platform roadmap Work closely with DevOps Engineers and have detail knowledge of deployment, automation, orchestrationand monitoring tools Lead solution design for projects comprising of a cross-functional project team in alignment with theoverall IT landscape of the bank during project execution Keep abreast of the latest group standard architectural principles and guidelines, communicating theseeffectively to project teams and key stakeholders Familiar with architectural patterns, integration patterns and possess a wide knowledge of commonly usedthird-party tools && frameworks which can be effectively positioned to solve a Banks need. Provide guidance to development teams with regards to solution patterns offered by our platformPrepare architectural documentation, conduct architectural review Provide technical leadership on enhancing our platform's offering including but not limited to public cloudadoption, DevOps tooling Liaise with our global teams to design a follow the sun support model. Communicate effectively with external and internal project stakeholders Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions, internal control standards and external regulatoryrequirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Groups standards ofethical behaviorDesired profile Extensive experience in designing and developing mission critical, high performance applications andapplication framework Financial technology background with experience in Banking (Retail/Corporate) is highly preferred. Proven track record in designing systems in large financial organizations 14 years or more IT solution delivery experience including at least 8 years of experience in a similarsolution architecture role, with an excellent track record of delivery. Strong technical background in integration with a good understanding of API Microservices concepts,software design patterns, event-based processing. Significant experience in J2EE and Java applications development, knowledge, and experience in mobiledevelopment is a plus. Hands on coding, strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation, project management, negotiation andwritten and verbal communication skills Commercial acumen, strong business sense and ability to understand business requirements Flexible to work with people with different time zones and be able to bridge the gaps between differentparties and articulate ideas clearly and concisely Able to work effectively with teams in multiple locations and lead global projects Highly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environmJob RequirementExperience3.0 to 22.0CountryINDLocationHYDERABADMust have SkillJava 8Good To have SkillJava 8Alternate CityHYDERABAD
