Job summaryAs the Program Manager, support GM VCS India in managing large scale programs for VCS India related to employment models and processes that enable capacity flex.Key job responsibilities1. The role will closely work with global stakeholders in CS and VCS and local VCS operations team and CS Program owners at network level to implement VCS Program frameworks like Flex scheduling.2. Ideating, planning and executing various employment models for VCS and work with internal partners (HR,Legal,ERC,FIN) and external stakeholders (Labour Office, State and National Govt) to influence policy and suitable changes in regulation to support them. This includes evaluating and experimentation with newer models that will enable growth, scale, flexibility and efficiency for VCS.3. Actively participating in team discussions and learning from the senior Leaders of the CS team in terms of thought process, decision making, strategic prioritization and problem solving.4. Building positive productive relationships with many stakeholders and partners, this role requires strong communications skill and high influence without authority.5. Creating strategic recommendations in a thoughtful, yet concise, manner and obtaining organizational buy-in at senior levels., **Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.** 5-8 years of overall industry experience in leadership role. 3-5 years of Program Management experience working in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated capability to manage multiple, disparate projects and/or stakeholder groups Exceptional integrative thinking skills, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills Ability to influence and manage both peer-level and senior stakeholders across boundaries Ability to work successfully in a dynamic, ambiguous environment Ability to think big and develop creative solutions Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, finance, or related field PMP certification and a Masters degree is preferred. Experience & certification in Six Sigma will be an added advantage
