  • Role Description :Develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. Proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Oversee and execute on assigned projects using the PMO project management framework and processes 2 Gather requirements for assigned projects and document approved scope 3 Create, maintain, and control the project schedule for assigned projects 4 Facilitate meetings and other working sessions, as needed, with the project teams 5 Proactively identify risks and manage issues of the projects 6 Shepherd the project team through the project life cycle
      • Technical Experience : 1 A combination of waterfall and Agile based delivery, as defined by clients project management framework 2 Using PMO best practices and standards, partner with the program managers to facilitate project management processes tailored to the needs of individual projects 3 Facilitate project communications, regularly reporting status based on approved communications plans 4 Adhere to the PMO rhythm of business by attending in and participating in key meetings, as identified by the PMO lead
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Support the needs of their internal customers 2 Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 3 Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 4 Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
