Work with Oracle*s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle*s global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. End-End experience in any of the Oracle flows like O2C/P2P/CTO are highly preferable.-- Experience in any of the applications like Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle IB, Order Management , BOM are preferable.-- Should have a good knowledge in SQL & PLSQL and experience in Advanced PLSQL knowledge is a plus. Should be able to tune the SQL code to improve the performance.-- Should have a rich knowledge on Oracle Applications Architecture, XML Publisher reports etc.-- Basic knowledge in JAVA / Object oriented programing (Other than RDBMS) is a plus and should be willing to learn and work on JAVA.-- Good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills-- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills-- Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language-- Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independently-- Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones-- Graduate / Post Graduate(B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech. / MCA) from reputed universities with an aggregate score of 70% and above.Preferred Qualifications:-- Knowledge and experience with one or more R12 eBusiness Suite Application modules and architecture: configurations/setups, table structures and schemas, flexfields, concurrent managers, custom object library-- Knowledge and experience with one or more Fusion Application modules and architecture
