Work with Oracles world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracles global infrastructure.As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems., We re looking for a passionate,Strong Technical Principal consultant for Sales solutions Development,Enhance Sales SaaS applications, build innovative custom paas solutions ,join our team working out of Hyderabad, India office, whos expected to Architect Solution design,Build,Deploy, groom the junior team members with effective technical guidance in the above said technologies. He or she will be driving projects of Development engineers supporting our global business partners.Professional Fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Will need to be responsible in supporting the OOTB Sales Opportunities module with in CRM,Provide intuitive solutions within OJet,REST,app composer, Best creative solutions to ease the Sales buisiness for Public cloud instance.
• Need to drive custom PaaS solutions for the Sales,Opportunity module.Work with other development teams,Analyse downstream impacts,provide full proof, performant solutions
• Drive operational excellence: Provide guidance in an efficient and agile manner measured with industry leading metrics.

WiWill be responsible for building complex solutions in the Sales domain in OJet,REST and latest AI technologies as well.Development of custom PaaS solutions,Extensibility,Support of Standard applications, issue resolution and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Recruit, train and develop a superior staff. Train staff in the use of industry best practices, established methodologies and documented procedures.

• Key Skills required: Provide succinct Sr. Director/VP level communication on key issues in partnership with the development leads. Should have strong leadership qualities who can efficiently drive/execute projects end-to-end right from Requirements gathering,Technical solution design,thorough functional knowledge,Build prototype,Demo to Top level management,Business,other stake holders,Execution of project,Identify and alarm risks,UAT management,Production deployment following all the OAL specific guidelines & processes
• Partner with the Devops team,Other Global counterparts
• Develop and maintain relationships with client organizations to ensure their expectations are being met and priorities are set at the appropriate level.

Qualifications and ExperienceAs a Principal consultant of CRM Sales Opportunity team will have to lead an IT organization managing mission critical systems. This individual must demonstrate proven ability to effectively lead and meet business objectives in a highly global, collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• 8+ years experience in information technology and business operations who posess strong technical skills in all latest technologies like OJET,ADF,Java,Javascript,REST services,SQL,PLSQL etc.

Experience with cloud computing, IaaS/PaaS and SaaS with a deep understanding of cloud business models, processes and systems including CRM Sales functional knowledge.

• Candidate must have proven ability to consistently and collaboratively resolve issues, clearly articulate technical issues in business terms, mitigate roadblocks, and meets all Sales management goals on time. Will be a self-starter who maps own direction to succeed.
• A process-oriented individual, with strong project management skills, who has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
