Job Description

  • Experience in managing project plans
  • Experienced in managing monthly project budget forecast actuals and variance analysis
  • Experienced in managing Planning and tracking project progress through ClearQuest or similar tool
  • Experience in scheduling project meetings with a broad group of stakeholders ranging from team members managers to senior executives
  • Experienced in tracking late risks issues tasks etc on the project and work with the project manager to resolve any exceptions
  • Preparing stakeholder decks based on the information in Planview and inputs from project manager
  • Loading project documents to Planview and SharePoint site
  • Experienced in managing project invoices in Ariba or similar systems
  • Strong MS Office and administrative experience to assist PM s and Program Manager
  • Expert in communication and building a good rapport with stakeholders
  • Presents viewpoints and complex ideas in a comprehensible manner
  • Good client facing skills and should be able to build rapport quickly in a multicultural environment
  • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Sending follow up emails Flexible with shifts
