Job Description

ID: REV - IND - JL102 Reventics is US based provider engagement company, focused on helping Healthcare Providers improve their financial performance. Reventics provides actionable clinical analytics and value - based care solutions for improving outcomes and quality of care while reducing medical costs. Reventics, recently established Center of Excellence (COE) for Clinical Analytics at its Hyderabad center with a goal to further expand its three - pronged delivery model based on - clinical solutions, analytical modeling and proprietary technology. Summary The Project Coordinator will play a key role in developing leading clinical analytics products for healthcare provider market. The Project Coordinator supports the product development by holding the teams and vendors accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, managing interdependencies, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for on - time delivery, and communicating project/ program progress and issues proactively to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications and Preferred Skills Bachelors degree in health care, business, engineering or related area is required 6+ years of experience in Program/ Project Management, with PMP Certification Solid knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools Proven project management experience with Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to managemultiple tasks/ project simultaneously while meeting companys commitments including project deadlines, quality, budget, and customer expectations Ability to developstrong business relationships with individuals serving as part of the projectteam, internal and external resources, and customers Demonstrated problemsolving skills and persistence, and ability to exercise multiple initiativesin a dynamic and fast - paced environment Prior experience in managing product development catering to US health plans and/ or providers is plus Creative in solving client problems and driving issues or projects to conclusion Must possess excellent analytical skills allowing for thorough consideration of all aspectsassociated with project implementation (s)Essential Duties and Responsibilities Define, plan and manage all project management related activities including coordinating with business/ product, IT development, clinical, operations and quality assurance teams to plan and deliver the required functionality Develop and maintain a professional level of knowledge regarding Reventics existing and new products and services to achieve product development and functionality requirements Effectively communicating details of the project to both the business and technical teams, verbally and in writing, from the beginning to end of all projects Provide regular and appropriate status to senior management and customers regarding project updates, problems, schedule changes, etc. Planning and scheduling of all phases of assigned projects, ensure level of technical quality is achieved and maintained and coordinate resource allocation Monitor the performance of IT vendor agreements and the overall relationships Manage and evaluate IT vendor productivity, monitor workload and ensure that quality standards and revenue goals are consistently achieved and processes are adhered Manage projects by defining scope, schedules, deliverables and risk management/ mitigation plans; Anticipate issues and act proactively to address the potential issues Employee Benefits Summary Comprehensive insurance to support your and your familys health, well - being and financial security.
