Job Description

  • Monthly Target / Revenue / Top & Bottom-line of metrics
  • Adherence to Project Schedule
  • Ensure safe working environment
  • To maintain the actual material cost doesnt exceed the budgeted material cost
  • To make sure the monthly actual man-hours doesnt exceed the budgeted man-hours
  • Ensure that the monthly common overheads doesnt go beyond the budgeted amount
  • Ensure that the monthly discipline staff cost doesnt go beyond the budgeted amount
  • Ensure that the monthly sub - contract cost doesnt go beyond the budgeted amount
  • Ensure to reply for all correspondence (Internal + Client)
  • Ensure Variations (in value) estimated in C&P for realization are approved or provisionally paid by clients
  • Maintain good working relationship with Client and SPQ team
  • Maintain the % gross margin
  • Manpower demobilized as per schedule
  • Manpower mobilized as per schedule
  • Ensure Subcontractor program of works in line with Main Contractor Requirements
  • Ensure that the approved program does not increase schedule risk.
  • Ensure timely submission of claims, EOT on time as per contract clauses
  • Advise and train the team on various aspects of the project related to the respective function
Required Skill set
  • B.tech/ B.E -Civil Graduate
  • Having professional experience of 20 plus years
  • Having worked in Reputed Construction/ Real-estate Companies
  • Should have at least 7-8 years of experience in Aluminum Form Work (Mivan Shuttering)
  • Should have worked for the projects which are at least of 20 floors and above and Good experience in Luxury Villas.
  • Good Leadership skills
