Job Description

    Experienced seasoned professional from BFSI domain.Work with business stakeholders, HR and all support functions, and building good rapport with the business and the team members.Attending meetings with stakeholders for the requirement in order to meet deadlines, maintaining output and cost-effective hiring.Work with the team and help with different recruitment related strategies (e.g., candidate attraction, key hiring processes & metrics and sourcing strategy) and maintain healthy relationship with them.Identify and prioritize the requirement as per the urgency of the business and accordingly develop a proper work plan.Review performance of the team on regular basis, identify improvement areas and drive them to achieve targets.Successfully achieved recruitments targets in high pressure, rapid change & highly competitive environments.Well versed with Volume & Mass hiring.Manage applicant tracking system and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report for tracking over all hiring and weekly activity on each position date of joining.
