Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION- PROJECT LEADAbout The Company :Zen Adsorptions Private Limited was established in the year1997.We are engaged in Manufacturing of Agitated Thin Film Dryer, Industrial Evaporators, Distillation Plant, Industrial Solvents, Extraction System etc. We started as Zen Consultants, a consultancy company and graduated into a turn key solutions provider of mass transfer and heat transfer systems with a Fabrication Facility spread over 4 acres, laboratory and pilot plants. More than 150 distillation columns, several evaporators, LLE systems and scrubbers designed by ZEN are working throughout India to the satisfaction of the customers. We have a team of design and commissioning engineers with sound theoretical background who can solve complicated technical problems. Customers have gained immensely from the systems designed by ZEN.Responsibilities:

  1. Data collection from Process Team [Project basis summary] and have team meeting.
  2. Client coordination.
  3. Check control scheme and discuss with automation team.
  4. Check the calculations, PFD and equipment list.
  5. Check the specification of bought out items.
  6. Check P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation diagram).
  7. Check and approve fabrication drawings & G.A drawings of bought out items.
  8. Conceptualize equipment layout and finalize the layout.
  9. Check the BOQ and specifications.
  10. Check the SO
  11. Check and submit the BEM & Qualification documents.
  12. Approval of FAT.
  13. Project Tracking.
  14. Team Handling.
  15. Coordinate with Project coordinator, Commissioning engineer and Client for Project execution.
  16. Coordinate Lab/Pilot Experiment
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years
  • Qualification: B-Tech (Chemical Engineering, Mechanical)
  • Multi effect evaporation systems experience is must
  • Solvent recovery plan experience is must
  • Effluent treatment plant experience is preferred
  • Plant Experience is must
  • Good Communication skills
