Job Description

    As a Project/Implementation Lead, you will lead the projects by leveraging account management, production and organizational expertise.Goal: successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a projectAttitude: Hustler, dont give up easily, go getterTechnical Qualification & Experience:
    • 5+ years of IT project management, large projects in B2B with multiple stake holders
    • External client facing experience
    • End to end experience of 5 to 8 successful projects from POC to large scale deployment
    • Technically sound, understand & talk techno functional language
    • People & team management direct & matrix organisation
    • Stake holder management across different levels right up to CXO
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal, keeping the stake holders informed & usage of right tools, process & methods
    • Proactive risks, issues & dependencies management
    • Familiar with project management tools, office tools
    • Experience in managing projects using agile, waterfall, overlap methodology
    • Developing comprehensive project plan, tracking, reporting & management
    • Contribution to process, continuous improvement
    • Domain knowledge experience & learning of domain knowledge, business process
    • organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
