Help drive planned activities, and integrate these into the team s sprints, reporting. Work with the wider team to support sharing release roadmap requirements and align with other teams Run meetings with project owners to understand and map tasks required to deliver project outcomes Work with our partner and support teams to plan scaling and operationalizing projects.Minimum requirements What you ll bring to the role: Good experience (5+ years) managing complex products/projects in a global corporate environment Experience (3+ years) working with Agile Project methodologies and/or within Product Management teams Good experience (5+ years) working within cross functional, globally dispersed teams Ability to form strong relationships and communicate with key stakeholders as well as internal and external resources, and to work in a global, high paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team Fluent English (written and verbal)Why consider Novartis 799 million.
