Job Description

We are looking for a Project Lead - Oracle HRMS for one of our esteemed Clients for Hyderabad, India Location.

Job Descriptions :

  • Work with DBAs, customer teams and with technical consultants to install and configure Oracle to work with our HTML5 mobile and desktop apps.
  • Convert client business requirements into technical requirements for implementation with the technical consulting team.
  • Oversee configuration and testing on client projects.
  • Oracle HCM - Deep knowledge and hands - on design and configuration with Oracle 11i/R12
  • Advantage: Payroll, Oracle Time and Labor, iRecruitment, Oracle Learning Management, Performance Management.
  • Knowledge of Security Profiles, particularly custom security profiles.
  • Advantage: Experience of Roles Based Access Control.
  • Must be competent at SQL and PL/SQL.

Qualifications :

  • 6 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 applications required.
  • Minimum 3 years working with the Oracle HRMS Suite Applications.
  • At least 3 distinct full lifecycle Oracle HR Projects.

Consulting Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive problem - solving experience working with all aspects of the technical system including troubleshooting and determining the best alternatives for implementing new functionality.
  • Proven track record gathering business requirements, providing change control management and managing a blended workforce organization including business users and consultants.
  • Experience developing strong customer relations and managing customer expectations.
  • Having experience working with Agile methodologies or Scrum certification is highly preferred.
  • Good client presence.
