Job Description

The Client PMO and Data Analyst for the Global COO Support Team drives a rigorous metrics and fact based project management approach to drive strategic initiatives in support of our vision to create a superior client experience. The PMO Analyst will work closely with the Global COO team and client virtual teams to help develop project plans and then execute on them. Focus of the job is on project management, reporting, applying analytics and escalating issues to drive optimal prioritization and execution across client initiatives. Examples of impactful projects the team will be driving include establishing an end-to-end KPI framework measuring delivery of our service against SLAs, analyzing and optimizing client cost to serve, and driving remediation programs with client teams to uplift our service in a sustainable way.Primary responsibilities will include providing PMO support to high priority initiatives for our Global Clients

  • Deliver Client Project Management with a focus on delivery & execution, specifically on:
    • Strategic Client Initiatives
    • Business Support Activities
    • Regulatory Initiatives
    • Change Management efforts to create operational efficiencies
  • Project management of a portfolio of client initiatives: sourcing, executing & participating in process improvement dialogues
  • Ability to drive project plans in tandem with teams from operations, technology, client teams and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that all risks & issues are escalated to the local & global management teams within an appropriate time frame
  • Provide updates on project work to senior management and business partners, as well as, provide minutes and summaries of meeting action items
  • Establishing an excellent relationship with all stakeholders and engaging with all stakeholders during the lifecycle of the initiative
  • Potential for management of a team of Project Managers
Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree with strong record of academic achievement
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in in a business analysis / project management / process improvement role supporting Global Services / Banking / Finance related discipline
  • Self-driven, flexible, open-minded, proactive, efficient, responsible, organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong understanding of data both from a business and technical perspective
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel with VBA experience , Powerpoint, and Access
  • Experience with any of Tableau, Alteryx, Knime preferred
  • Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and develop meaningful relationships across lines of business, a wide range of stakeholders, and development teams to achieve common goals
  • Strong organization and analysis skills (including root cause analysis)
  • Strong in written / oral communication in English
  • Collaborative, a good team player with ability to successfully work across multiple teams and regions
  • Strong work-ethic with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
