Job Description

    Job Title: Project Management Trainer
    • Experience / Skills:
    • At least minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in handling and Execution technical projects (e.g. - e. Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, JAVA Full Stack) in EdTech industry.
    • Bachelor / Master degree in any field
    • Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills
    Roles and Responsibility:
    • Should have experience in execution of technical projects i.e. Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, JAVA Full Stack for academic, B.Tech and any graduates.
    • Conduct project execution training sessions, workshops, and seminars for collage, University and students.
    • Design and deliver and execute customized technical training projects based on academic needs.
    • Utilize various training methodologies, including lectures, hands-on exercises, case studies, and simulations for execution of projects.
    • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help participants improve their project execution and management skills.
    • Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to participants, helping them apply project execution and management concepts to their work.
    • Should have Provide one-on-one support to participant/students for project execution and management certification (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, AI, Machine Learning, Full Stack)
    • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in project execution.
    • Build and maintain relationships with academic, participant, Trainers, and subject matter experts.
    • Participate in academic events, seminar, and workshop opportunities to promote the project training execution program.
    Academic Specialist Qualifications & Skills:
    • Any degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
    • Knowledge of technical project execution in academic (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, AI & Full Stack)
    • Passion for education and a desire to support student success
    • Bachelors degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
    • 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in academic project execution.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and project management skills
    • Commitment to providing a positive and supportive learning environment
