Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring for the position of Project Manager at LTI MindtreeJob Title: Project Manager (US Healthcare Domain)Experience: 8-12 yearsNotice Period: Immediate - 30 daysJob Location: Chennai/HyderabadWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Project Management within the US Healthcare domain, coupled with a solid foundation in development. The ideal candidate should possess 8-12 years of relevant experience and must have an immediate to 30-day notice period.Responsibilities:
    1. Lead and manage projects within the US Healthcare domain from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
    2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
    3. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans, and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
    4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
    5. Implement project management best practices and methodologies, and continuously monitor and optimize project processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
    6. Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and reviews, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
    7. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate critical issues to senior management as needed to ensure timely resolution.
    8. Manage client relationships and expectations, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries, escalations, and change requests.
    9. Mentor and coach team members, and provide guidance and support to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    Requirements:
    1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
    2. 8-12 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the US Healthcare domain.
    3. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with a background in development.
    4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
    5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with clients and team members.
    6. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus.
    7. Experience working in a development-focused environment; candidates with no Ops/BPO/KPO background are preferred.
