Responsibilities include managing project scope, schedule, budget, and coordination among various stakeholders. The role ensures projects are completed within defined constraints while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.Roles and Responsibilities1. Planning & OrganizingProject Kick-off: Align with site vendors and PMC to initiate projects based on approved designs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Progress Monitoring: Track and manage deliverables, including drawings, material supply, risk registers, and client requirements.Coordination: Oversee coordination between internal resources and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring deadlines, scope, and budgets are met.Scope Definition: Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring feasibility.Resource Allocation: Ensure the necessary resources (both human and material) are available and appropriately allocated for each project.2. Monitoring & Quality ControlExecution Oversight: Ensure project execution is on track, managing any changes to scope, costs, and schedules as required.Performance Tracking: Use project management tools to measure performance and ensure milestones are met.Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards as per TS guidelines and client specifications.3. Process & Compliance ManagementDelivery Monitoring: Ensure project delivery is tracked through the companys delivery portal, with updates on progress, site photos, and weekly reports.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) regulations and client-specific requirements.Documentation: Keep all checklists and documentation up to date as per site requirements and company processes.4. Cost Management & On-Time DeliveryBudget Control: Monitor project budgets and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Milestone Tracking: Ensure that all project milestones are met according to the detailed project plan.5.
