Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead agile teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, cloud technology projects, and stakeholder management. Acting as a Scrum Master, you will champion best practices, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across teams.Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Champion Agile practices, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, driving performance, professional development, and growth.
    • Manage team dynamics and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
    • Work with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined and ready for the next sprint.
    • Promote continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and process enhancements.
    • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of cloud-based technology projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop strategies for cloud adoption and project success.
    • Monitor technical implementation, ensuring quality, security, and scalability standards are met.
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects.
    • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure the team delivers quality results on time and within budget.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, IT, and others, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of initiatives.
    • Drive strategic initiatives to improve team productivity, project delivery, and operational processes.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring teams consistently enhance their skills and practices.
    • Analyze performance data to inform decisions and guide future planning.
    • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and resource requirements.
    • Communicate effectively to ensure all teams and stakeholders are aligned.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
    • At least 5 years of experience in management roles, with a proven ability to lead teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master certification required.
    • Deep experience implementing and scaling Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across teams.
    • Hands-on experience in implementing technology projects on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams while driving results.
    • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering them on time and within scope.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, high-growth environment.
    Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other Agile project management platforms.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • PMP certification is a must.
